NovaSchool Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating a school account or logging in you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and authorised by the school.

2. Trial and plans

New schools get a free trial. After the trial or paid period ends, the school can still view and export its data but cannot make changes until it renews.

3. School data

All data belongs to the school. The school must enter correct information, have permission to collect it, give each user only the access they need, and check fee vouchers, results and salary slips before using them.

4. Not allowed

Using NovaSchool for anything illegal, spam or fraud, sharing students' or staff data with people who should not have it, or trying to access another school's data or break the system. Such accounts are suspended.

5. Availability

We work to keep NovaSchool available and backed up, but cannot promise it will always be error-free. Schools should download an Excel backup regularly.
